Axa Car Insurance achieved an impressive customer score of 70%, ranking it second out of 27 car insurance companies based on customer survey feedback we received.
Customers were also asked to rate their most recent claims, and they were impressed with a rating of 69% – the fourth highest among the 25 companies we compared.
