The method remains unchanged. Instead of physical card, you need to show e-health card from MySOMPO application.
What should I do if I am not able to get e-health card through application due to some unforeseen circumstances?
If you are unable to access your phone due to network connection or other phone-related issues, it is recommended to take a screenshot of your e-health card and save the image to your smartphone’s photo gallery.
Also, you or your family should remember the name of the contact center on the e-health card so that you or your family will be notified when you are admitted to the hospital if your phone number cannot be reached.

What should I do with physical card after switching to e-health card?
You will need to speak to your representative or send us a request for approval. These changes will be reflected in the medical card in the MySOMPO app.
In case of an emergency, such as when your family member cannot find your e-health card when you are admitted, the family member must pay the hospital admission fee until the insurer knows how to reschedule the payment under the insurance coverage. Letter (GL).
